1. Scope1. 적용 범위

This Privacy Policy applies to the SpendWorld mobile application operated by SpendWorld Inc. (the "Application"). SpendWorld is a personal finance / budgeting app intended for adults. It is not directed to children and is not a Designed for Families product. 본 개인정보처리방침은 SpendWorld Inc.가 운영하는 SpendWorld 모바일 애플리케이션(이하 "본 앱")에 적용됩니다. SpendWorld는 성인 대상 가계부·예산 관리 앱이며, 아동용/가족용(Designed for Families) 제품이 아닙니다.

If you grant SMS-related permission and consent, the Application may read finance-related messages on your device to help detect card/bank transactions. Message bodies, sender addresses, and timestamps may be processed locally to suggest or register expenses. Pending message content may be stored on your device until you register, dismiss, or clear it. The Application does not upload your SMS inbox to SpendWorld Inc. servers. 이용자가 SMS 관련 권한과 동의를 부여한 경우에 한해, 카드·은행 거래 문자 등을 기기에서 읽어 지출 등록을 돕습니다. 메시지 본문·발신번호·수신시각 등은 기기 내에서 처리·임시 보관될 수 있습니다. 전체 문자함 내용을 SpendWorld Inc. 자체 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다.

The Application includes an optional AI Spend Hearing feature. When you submit a "buy or not?" question, the Application may send to Google Gemini (Google AI / generative language API): 본 앱에는 선택적 AI 소비 청문회 기능이 있습니다. "살까 말까?" 질문을 제출하면, 판결을 위해 다음 정보가 Google Gemini (Google AI / generative language API)로 전송될 수 있습니다.

  • Your purchase intent (item name/description, price, optional notes);구매 의도(품목명/설명, 가격, 선택적 메모)
  • A short budget summary (monthly budget, remaining budget, recent daily pace);예산 요약(월 예산, 잔여 예산, 최근 일별 페이스 등)

This transmission happens only when you use the feature and request a verdict. SpendWorld Inc. does not operate its own AI servers; Google processes the request under Google's terms and privacy policy. Hearing ask quotas and invite "water" balances are stored locally on your device. 이 전송은 이용자가 해당 기능을 사용해 판결을 요청할 때만 이뤄집니다. SpendWorld Inc.는 자체 AI 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 요청은 Google의 약관·개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 청문회 질문 횟수·초대 "물" 잔액 등은 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.

2.5 Data we do not seek2.5 수집하지 않는 정보

We do not request contacts, precise location, microphone, or camera permission. We do not operate a social community feed, user-to-user debate board, or cloud chat inside the Application. 연락처·정확한 위치·마이크·카메라 권한을 요구하지 않습니다. 소셜 커뮤니티, 이용자 간 토론 게시판, 클라우드 채팅은 운영하지 않습니다.

3. Where Data Is Stored3. 저장 위치

Your expense ledger, budgets, alarm settings, SMS consent state, and most preferences are stored locally on your device (Android DataStore). This is the primary copy of your financial records. 지출 원장, 예산, 알람, SMS 동의 상태 등 대부분의 데이터는 기기 내부(DataStore)에 저장됩니다.

If Android Backup / device transfer is enabled, local Application data may be included in your device backup according to your OS settings. Android 백업/기기 전환이 켜져 있으면 OS 설정에 따라 앱 데이터가 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다.

The Application also keeps a single, self-overwriting local backup snapshot (created at your daily end-of-day close) so you can recover recent data after a device issue or reinstall. Like the rest of your local data, this snapshot lives in the Application's private on-device storage. SpendWorld Inc. does not upload it to any server it operates; the only way it leaves your device is if you have Android Backup / device transfer turned on in your own device settings, in which case it is included in that OS-level backup the same way your expense ledger already is. 앱은 매일 하루 마감 시점에 자동으로 갱신되는 로컬 백업 파일을 1개 보관하여, 기기 문제나 재설치 후에도 최근 데이터를 복구할 수 있게 합니다. 다른 로컬 데이터와 마찬가지로 이 백업 파일도 앱 전용 기기 내부 저장소에 보관됩니다. SpendWorld Inc.가 운영하는 서버로는 업로드되지 않으며, 사용자가 기기 자체 설정에서 Android 백업/기기 전환을 켜둔 경우에 한해 지출 원장과 동일하게 그 OS 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다.

You can optionally turn on "Also save to Downloads" in Backup & restore settings. When on, this same daily snapshot is also written to your device's shared Downloads folder (under the name SpendWorld_auto_backup.json) so a copy survives even if you delete the Application. Unlike app-private storage, files in Downloads are visible to you and to other apps you've granted storage access — this is off by default and only happens if you turn it on. 설정의 "데이터 백업 및 복원"에서 "Downloads에도 저장"을 선택적으로 켤 수 있습니다. 켜두면 같은 일일 백업 파일이 기기의 공용 Downloads 폴더에도(SpendWorld_auto_backup.json 이름으로) 함께 저장되어, 앱을 삭제해도 사본이 남습니다. 앱 전용 저장소와 달리 Downloads의 파일은 사용자 본인과, 저장소 접근 권한을 부여한 다른 앱에서도 볼 수 있습니다 — 기본값은 꺼짐이며, 사용자가 직접 켠 경우에만 저장됩니다.

When you use AI Spend Hearing, the prompt content described in section 2.4 is transmitted to Google for that request and is not stored by SpendWorld Inc. on a SpendWorld Inc.-operated server. AI 소비 청문회를 사용할 때 2.4에 설명한 프롬프트 내용은 해당 요청을 위해 Google로 전송되며, SpendWorld Inc.가 운영하는 서버에는 저장되지 않습니다.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to processors who work on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

The Application and its SDKs may use SDKs, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising. Google, RevenueCat, and other providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Some AdMob mediation partners (including Pangle and Mintegral) may process advertising identifiers and ad-request signals in China. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful mechanisms, and/or your consent when legally needed. California residents may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" as defined by law. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising SDKs may engage in "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can limit ad tracking in device settings, use remove-ads (if available), or contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. 캘리포니아 거주자는 개인정보의 확인·삭제·정정, 판매/공유 opt-out, 권리 행사에 대한 비차별을 요청할 수 있습니다. 금전적 판매는 하지 않습니다.

11. Children11. 아동

The Application is not intended for children under 13 (or a higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly solicit data from children or market SpendWorld as a children's product. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps. 본 앱은 만 13세 미만(또는 관할 법령상 더 높은 연령) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a mobile app that stores financial records primarily on-device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. 기기 중심 저장에 적합한 합리적 보호조치를 적용합니다. 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

13. Data Breach Notification13. 유출 통지

If a breach affecting personal data occurs, we will provide notifications required by applicable law. 개인정보 유출 사고 발생 시 관련 법령에 따라 통지합니다.

14. Opt-Out and Controls14. 거부·통제 방법
